The flying city of Fidona was one of glory and brilliance, for those of the 'First Class'. The 'Economy' class had life doing the not so pleasant duties. A city doesn't fly by itself. Below the clean streets of Fidona, the Economy lived among the pipes and such. The entire machine was run on steam and was powerful enough to hold up the entire Fidona city. That meant that it required a lot of maintenance.
Valkyrie Von Tessa, or 'Red', was one such of the Economy class that were unhappy with how they were treated when they worked their asses off everyday just so the pricks upstairs could enjoy their lives without worry. The pay sucked and they were treated like garbage for the work they did do upstairs. She was one of the front runners that led the rebellion, the Vox.
However, her life becomes very complicated when on a mission to a grand ball. They were to pull off a major heist and steal some funds and weaponry while they party was going on. Only for Valkyrie to become the attention of one of the bachelors at the party. The son of the 'Prophet', the man who ruled over Fidona.
Smoke and Steam

There was a very big difference...
She worked to enslave the world and he was the hero whom saved everyone. He was beloved by all, while she was the nightmare that plagued their minds. While she wore a mask to hide her identity, he walked the streets uncovered without a single fear. Through smoke,sweat, and soot she worked on her weapons. Never quite reaching the point to destroy her enemy yet the battles that ensued told her that they both were at even enough levels. She just had to reach high enough.
Nataline was the villain of Ridge Brook. Everyone ran in fear when ever she took to the streets as they knew that destruction followed soon behind her. She was a rare sight and no one knew quite where she lived. Where her base of operations was is a complete mystery to all. If anyone knew where it was, they knew that their hero would have gone to put a stop to her for good. Yet she was like a ghost, appearing at different places with an arsenal to set the city in flames. Disappearing every time she was defeated.
Yet in the entire world, these two seem to be drawn together. Such a force would be the same one to lead the female anti-hero to get a job under the hero as his assistant for his job when he isn't foiling her plans. The danger is high as she hides her true identity while still continuing her plans for conquest.
